Rachael M. Prokes, DDS

Biography

Dr. Rachael M. Prokes completed her undergraduate education at Arizona State University where she obtained a BS in Kinesiology. After graduation, she attended University of the Pacific Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where she received her DDS. She then moved to Columbus, Ohio where she completed a one year teaching internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The Ohio State University. She went on to complete her residency training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at The Ohio State University. Dr. Prokes’ training focused on dentoalveolar surgery including dental implants, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma, craniofacial deformities, and general anesthesia / IV sedation. After residency Dr. Prokes moved back to her home state of Arizona to begin practice with Casas Adobes Oral Surgery. Outside of work Dr. Prokes loves to rock climb, hike, and spend time outside.
