Dr. Cynthia Colson, DMD, has been serving the East Valley since 2005. She is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, and facial regions. Dr. Colson specializes in wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, facial trauma, and corrective surgery, among other procedures.
Dr. Colson grew up in the Metro area, attending Camelback High School and Arizona State University. She graduated from the University of Kentucky Dental School and completed her residency at Long Island Jewish Hospital in Long Island, New York. Additionally, she attended an anesthesia fellowship program at the University of Illinois in Chicago and has traveled with Healing the Children, a non-profit organization, to Bucaramanga, Colombia, treating patients with cleft lip and palate deformities.
