Negin “Nikki” Saghafi is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who combines advanced training with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. She studied human physiology at the University of Arizona, earned her dental degree at UCSF, and went on to complete medical school and oral surgery residency at UCLA. Dr. Saghafi has extensive experience in dentoalveolar surgery and office-based anesthesia. She also provides hospital-based care and is serving as Section Chief of Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Tucson Medical Center.
Dr. Saghafi was drawn to oral surgery for its unique blend of medicine and dentistry and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in her patients’ lives. She takes pride in delivering excellent surgical care while treating each patient with empathy and understanding. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking, gardening, and fitness training.
